1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 777mo ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the 777mo online gaming platform accessible at 777mo.cam ("Platform").

By accessing or using the 777mo Platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, participating in any game, or claiming any promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2.3 Registration Obligations

When registering a 777mo account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number;

2.4 Account Restrictions

777mo accounts may not be opened by, and services may not be provided to:

• Persons under 21 years of age;

• Employees, contractors, or agents of 777mo or its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members;
• Any person prohibited from online gaming under applicable Philippine law.

3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 777mo login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on other platforms;
• Never share your password, OTP, or account access with any other person;
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices;

3.3 Account Verification

777mo may, at its sole discretion, request additional verification of your identity, source of funds, or payment methods at any time. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Currency

All transactions on the 777mo Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 777mo does not accept deposits in foreign currency. Any foreign currency conversion costs are borne solely by the player.

4.3 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification status. 777mo reserves the right to modify these limits with reasonable notice.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Abuse

6 Gaming Rules & Fairness

• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker;

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777mo Platform — including but not limited to software, code, graphics, game assets, trademarks, trade names, logos, text, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the intellectual property of 777mo or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 777mo.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 777mo and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to access, the 777mo Platform;
• Losses arising from delays, interruptions, errors, or omissions in the transmission of data over the internet or telecommunications networks;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits, even if 777mo has been advised of the possibility of such damages;
• Any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain secure credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 777mo's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. The 777mo Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under Philippine law.

10 Responsible Gaming

777mo is committed to responsible gaming and takes its obligations toward player welfare seriously. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and have implemented the following tools and policies:

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Closure by Player

You may close your 777mo account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance — after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations — will be returned to your nominated payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by 777mo

777mo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, and to void any pending bets or bonuses, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration or KYC information;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court of competent jurisdiction;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be designated inactive. 777mo will attempt to notify you before applying any dormancy fees per its Dormant Account Policy.

11.3 Forfeiture

In cases where an account is closed due to verified fraudulent conduct or material breach of these Terms, 777mo reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including any deposits, winnings, and bonus funds, and to report the matter to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

12 Complaints & Disputes

12.1 Internal Resolution

If you have a complaint regarding your 777mo account, a game outcome, or any aspect of our service, you should first contact 777mo customer support through the live chat function available on the Platform. Our support team is available 24/7 and aims to resolve complaints within 48 hours. For complex matters, resolution may take up to 14 calendar days.

12.2 Formal Complaints

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the standard support process, you may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint." A dedicated case manager will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and provide a formal response within 14 business days.

12.3 Regulatory Escalation

13 Privacy & Data Protection

777mo's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a 777mo account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We collect and process personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and, where you have provided consent, marketing communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. All data is processed in accordance with the applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to them, your use of the 777mo Platform, or any transaction conducted through the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall limit 777mo's right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

15 Amendments to These Terms

777mo reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered mobile number or email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 777mo Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
